BharatpurтАФ Raj Kumar Manandhar has won the title of First Mr. Chitwan at the bodybuilding competition organized by the Chitwan District Bodybuilding and Fitness Association on Saturday.

The competition titled “First Mr. Chitwan Bodybuilding and Women’s Athletics and Physics 2081” saw five weight category winners (gold medalists) competing in the final round, where Manandhar secured the prestigious title. In the women’s athletics and physics competition, Elina Sunar claimed the top spot.

Bodybuilding Competition Results:┬а– *55 kg Weight Category:* Out of 13 participants, Raj Kumar Manandhar secured first place, followed by Chesang Tamang (2nd), Ram Bahadur Gurung (3rd), Mohammad Belal Mia Thakurai (4th), and Saidul Mia (5th). –

60 kg Weight Category:Among 9 participants, Madan Thapa emerged as the winner, with Raju Bishwakarma (2nd), Suman Tamang (3rd), Bikesh Kumar Shah (4th), and Jitendra Kumar Shah (5th) following. –

*65 kg Weight Category:┬аOut of 4 contestants, Bedan Shrestha took first place, Nikhil Tamang came second, Ashik Tamrakar third, and Nawaraj Poudel finished fourth. –

*70 kg Weight Category:┬аAmong 4 participants, Surje Sunar won first place, followed by Birendra Adhikari (2nd), Asim Thapa Chhetri (3rd), and Suhil Mahto (4th). –

*75 kg Weight Category:┬аOut of 3 contestants, Indra Bahadur Shrestha secured first place, with Prasanna Neupane (2nd), and Captain Rudrivir Chhetri (3rd)

. *Special Category (Over 50 Years):┬аIn the Master’s Open Weight Category, among 3 participants, Dropad Shrestha secured first place, Captain Rudrivir Chhetri took second place, and Man Prasad Gurung came third.

*Women’s Athletics and Physics Competition Results:┬аAmong 5 participants, Elina Sunar won first place, followed by Sunita Ghalan (2nd), Sujata Sunar (3rd), Bibisha Oli (4th), and Sarita Chaudhary (5th).

*Prizes:┬аThe winner from each weight category (gold medalist) received NPR 30,000, the first runner-up (second place) received NPR 20,000, and the second runner-up (third place) received NPR 10,000, along with trophies, medals, and other gift hampers. Additionally, the overall competition winner was awarded NPR 150,000 in cash along with a trophy, medal, and other prizes.

For the women’s athletics and physics competition, the winner received NPR 50,000, while the first runner-up received NPR 25,000, and the second runner-up received NPR 15,000 in cash, along with trophies, medals, and other gifts.

The chief judges for the event were Pratap Kaji Baria, along with a panel of judges including Dinesh Kumar Rajbhandari, Anil Krishna Shrestha, Keshav Bahadur Shakya, Raj Kumar Shrestha, Buddha Jung Karki, Rajesh Bhetwal, Shrikrishna Karmacharya, and Shiva Karki.

The event began with a welcome speech by Bir Bahadur Rana Magar, the secretary of the Chitwan District Bodybuilding and Fitness Association, and was further explained by Rakeshman Shrestha, a committee member of the Bagmati Province Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation.

The co-sponsor institution’s representative, Yagyabilas Poudel, president of the Central College of Vocational Pvt. Ltd., also delivered congratulatory remarks.
