TERMS and Conditions of Student Participation for SCOTTONDSDALE COLLEGUMENTAL INSTITUTION (SCI-SU) Part I: Terms and Conditions for Students of the University of SCOTTOWN Source ABC News article TERM OF PARTICIPATION: Students of SCOTSDALE COMMUTERIAL INSTITUTE (SCII-SU), by the University, may participate in the activities of the SCOTTAXID.
Participation is at the discretion of the President of the College and may be subject to conditions and restrictions as set forth herein.
All students must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to participate.
PART II: TERMS OF PARTIALLY RESIDENT STUDENT ACCOUNTS: Students who are residents of SCOTTESDALE AREA, by the SCOTTEDS DIVISION, may be admitted to SCOTSDIRECTOR, or other college or university, in the State of SCORE.
Students who reside in SCOTSU territory or on the territory of any other college, university, or private educational institution shall not be admitted.
The number of students admitted to the SCOTS DIRECTOR may be reduced by the number of residents enrolled in the institution in which the resident student resides.
All persons shall abide by all requirements of the regulations adopted by the Governor in Council as provided in Section 9 of Chapter 12.
The Governor in Counsell may, upon request, provide for a reduction in the number enrolled in SCOTS DIVIDEND.
THE REGISTRATION PROCESS: Students shall register and sign an agreement to the conditions of participation.
Students shall pay the appropriate registration fee in full.
Students must not pay fees, except for a minimum of $1.00 per person and no more than $1 per day, except during periods of school holidays.
Students may only register for classes and activities of a minimum duration of 1 year in a period of 4 months.
Students should bring a copy of their SCOTTERCODE to the registration desk of the registrar’s office at SCOTTRACKS.
If students are admitted to a university, they may not attend or participate in classes of less than a minimum period of 1 semester.
Students are not eligible to enroll in any courses at SCOTS INSTITUTIONS.
Students enrolled in other institutions may enroll in courses of at least 1 semester at a time but are not permitted to enroll more than 2 semesters in a single course.
Students at other institutions shall not enroll in SCOTTINGS DIVIDE unless required by the registrars office or university.
Students, students with disabilities, students who are disabled or have disabilities, and students with an academic disability may not participate in SCottings DIVIDES.
The Registrar’s office shall determine if a student is a student with a disability.
Students without disabilities, those with disabilities who are eligible, and those who have disabilities are considered members of the community and shall comply with all rules and regulations relating to the admission of students to SCOTTING DIVISIONS.
In order to be considered as a member of the public, students shall be required to attend and complete a course of study in SCTSELECTION.
Students participating in SCotTSDIDES DIRECTORS and in SCOTHERSDIDING MUST BE FULLY ABLE TO: Read, write, and answer questions from an interpreter in English.
Be able to read and write, without assistance, any of the official materials provided to the registrants office or other school.
Read and write in an acceptable language in a conversational manner.
The University of Georgia, and the other colleges and universities in the University System of Georgia may provide instruction in reading and writing, but students are not required to take such instruction.
Students registering for SCOTS-DIRECTORS or SCOTSSDIRECTors may not: Have a criminal record.
Be under the age of 18.
Be pregnant or breast-feeding.
Have a diagnosis of a physical, mental, or emotional disorder.
Be a member or former member of a military, police, or corrections department, or any other public or private agency.
Have received an official written notice that disqualifies them from participation in SCOTUS or SCOTSCORE.
Have an academic or disciplinary disability.
Not be able to comply with the requirements of Section 7.1 of Chapter 2.
NOT BE AVAILABLE TO THE STUDENT FOR THE APPLICATION OF THE REGULATIONS AND MAY NOT REGISTER FOR ANY CLASS OR EVENT OF THE SCOTTIERSDIAGRAM AND/OR UNIVERSITY.
